A lot, but here are the main pieces of data that make life easier for everyone when managing utilities: local council name, water supplier name, gas supplier name, electricity supplier name, UPRN (Unique Property Reference Number), meter serial numbers, MPAN (Meter Point Administration Number) numbers, MPRN (Meter Point Reference Numbers), pre-pay status, smart stats, and broadband speeds.
When you add tenancies to Muuvo before the move-in date, the services will always be free. If you want us to handle old or current tenancies where there is no opportunity to sell, we will do so for a small fee of £2.50. This amount will be deducted from your “ready for payment” balance. You will never receive a bill for our service, and remember, there’s a commission. We pay you!
Send the requests to your dedicated account manager right away. We will contact the suppliers on your behalf and resolve any billing issues, provided that the correct information was entered into Muuvo.
The Void Service is unique to Muuvo and is included as part of the end tenancy service. When a tenant vacates the property, we will switch the energy supplier to a preferred supplier, add a £15 bill credit, and ensure that bills are sent to the correspondence address as per your request. This service is optional for each end tenancy, allowing you to choose which end tenancies include the void service.
